Terms and Conditions below are applicable from 1 February 2017.
We ask that you read our Online Booking Terms and Conditions as well as our General Terms – you will be required to confirm that you have read and understood them before your booking is confirmed.
Following these guidelines will help you understand what you can expect from us and understand what we need from you in order to successfully complete your booking.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Do we collect personal information about you?
While browsing our website, we do not collect any personal information about you. The only way we receive any type of personal information is in case you provide it to us, through the contact page or reservation request.
In order to make a reservation, we need some information about you, in order to respond to your request as uniformly as possible. This information may include details such as your name, email and mobile number. We transmit the information to third parties solely for the purpose of completing your order with us, providing you with the aforementioned services and for the purposes of the associated administration. Where is your personal information stored?
All personal information is stored in secure databases, in a secure environment, in order to prevent unauthorized access.
When you visit our website or send us e-mails, you are communicating with us electronically. In this way, you are accepting to receive communications from us, electronically. We will communicate with you via email or by posting news on this website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically are in accordance with legal requirements and such communications will be in writing.
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
All reservations are subject to a deposit of 30% of the total value of the reservation or the customer can enjoy a discount for prepayment on online reservations.
Payment can be made by MB reference or Paypal (Visa and Mastercard).
If the customer wants to invoice with NIF/NIPC, he must do so when proceeding with the payment.
The total or partial cancellation procedure must be done by e-mail, replying to your original reservation.
Total Cancellation : if the cancellation notice occurs up to 7 days before the date of the stay, two options will be given: rescheduling the stay for another date to be agreed between the parties (to be enjoyed within 1 month) OR refund of the amount paid on the date of cancellation.
Partial Cancellation If the cancellation notice occurs up to 7 days before the date of stay, the amount paid per person on the date of cancellation will be refunded.
If the total or partial cancellation information occurs during the week before the date of stay (less than 7 days), 30% of the reservation amount will be retained. The same is true for reservations made in the week before the stay (less than 7 days) and which are canceled in whole or in part.
The reservation amount is non-refundable in case of no-show.
COMPLAINTS AND RESOLUTION
If you have any complaints, please let us know immediately.
If you do not tell us about your complaint, our ability to investigate and resolve the issue will be greatly hindered. For this reason, and as long as there are no reasons not to inform us of your complaint, we are not responsible for complaints that are not addressed to us by Email firstname.lastname@example.org
